This historic Curlett & Beelman building on the corner of Broadway and 11th street was first home to the LA Press Club and then the Case Hotel. Reopened as the Downtown LA Proper Hotel in Fall 2021 it boasts 151 guest rooms, three restaurants, two unique presidential suites and a rooftop pool deck featuring panoramic views of the DTLA skyline
